Our minimum charge is 1 hour, after the first hour we charge every 30 minutes(half of hourly rate/ 30 minutes).
Payment is accepted via cash or EFTPOS (on trucks). 3% surcharge for all credit card payments apply.
It is customer's responsibility to ensure they provide safe and secure access (driveway/pathway/parking/etc) to the property.
There will be an extra charge of $60.00 each item for any extra-heavy/over-size items such as Pool table, Spa, Piano etc. It is customer's responsibility to let us know in advance if they have any items of such nature.

If the access is bad, we may need to shift items using Trailer and it would incur additional cost which needs to be borne by customer.

All defaulting accounts will be referred to third-party debt collectors at defaulter’s expense.
Unless specified above prices are exclusive of GST and are quoted for 2 guys + truck.
All goods are carried at Owner's Risk only please have your insurance organized, however Goods are insured while truck is in transit only. Should any glass item breaks unless factory packed or electrical appliances fail to operate after transit, the company does not take any liability.
If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the company withholds the right to delay the customer’s booking by 2 hours without waiving any fees. Should the service be delayed more than 2 hours, the customer will be notified and will come to an agreement at the company’s discretion.
Misconduct and unacceptable behaviour with any staff member(s) may result in the customer’s booking being terminated, at the company’s discretion.
Any sort of refunds if done they will be strictly done in the same bank account where it came from.
